The Building Group's
Senior Management Team includes:

Jim Stoller, President;
Louis Parenti, Senior Vice President Management;
Michael Compeli, Senior Vice President Operations;
Maria Beauchamp, Chief Financial Officer.

Jim Stoller has over 30 years of experience in all areas of real estate: property management, development and construction; office and retail leasing; co-op and condominium management; marketing, sales and acquisitions; accounting, workout and foreclosure management; architectural design and land planning. Jim is a graduate of the University of Illinois and Northwestern's Kellogg Graduate School of Management. He is a registered architect, and a licensed real estate broker.

Prior to founding The Building Group, Jim Stoller handled management and development for companies with extensive holdings both in the Chicago area and nationwide. He was Vice President of Management and Development for The Chicago Dock & Central Trust, where he was responsible for properties in Florida, Michigan, Indiana, and the property management of Cityfront Center, the 904-unit luxury complex on the north side of the Chicago River on McClurg Court. Previously he was Director of Homart Development's 22 office building portfolio. He has served as President of the Cityfront Center East Maintenance Association, which was responsible for the 23-acre site in Chicago's Gold Coast. Recently, he has been a real estate consultant to the Chicago Area Circulator Project.

Louis Parenti, is The Building Group's, Senior Vice President of Property Management. He is a graduate of Wayne State University, is a licensed real estate agent, and has been actively involved in property management and construction for over 30 years. Louis has managed many larger construction and technical projects and is an expert in working on older and historic buildings.

Michael Compeli, Senior Vice President has been actively involved in property and hotel management for over 30 years. Michael works closely with clients and the office staff to insure a smooth flow of information and services. He has a degree in Business Administration from Youngstown University.

Maria Beauchamp, Chief Financial Officer has over 35 years of accounting experience, having spent the last 20 years exclusively in real estate accounting management. She is a graduate of Columbia College in New York with a degree in Accounting.
